2. Cache - MBC #1 (GC1857K)
Unser zweiter Cache war keinen Kilometer von zuhause entfernt.
Nachdem wir nach dem Erfolg der "Rehwiese" nach Hause gedüst sind und uns vier weitere Ziele in der Umgebung ausgedruckt haben, sind wir weiter, Richtung Rütsch. So heißt eine Straße bei uns, die von Lanzenbach/Kuchenbach hoch nach Lichtenberg führt. Wir wussten, dass das Ziel weiter Nord-Östlich, weiter oben in den Feldern liegen würde, da uns aber die Fahrt die Rütsch hoch zu weit südlich erschien, haben wir einfach unten geparkt und sind einen, mir aus der Vergangenheit bekannten Feldweg hoch, um das obere Ende des Feldes zu erreichen. Dieser Feldweg schlängelt sich S-förmig durch den angrenzenden Wald und schien uns unnötig lang, also sind wir bei erster Gelegenheit links, in nördlicher Richtung den steilen Hang hoch. Unterwegs fanden wir Hasen- und Hundeköttel. Oben, wo wir relativ atemlos ankamen - kaum einen Meter weiter nördlich, da es die ganze Zeit eher hoch als voran ging - trafen wir auf einen verrotteten Hochstand, weiter links (oder auch etwas weiter unten) sah man eine alte Kapelle. Direkt voraus war die erste härtere Falle, ein Stacheldrahtzaun. Wir entschieden uns also erstmal weiter nach Osten (für uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt rechts), am Stacheldrahtzaun entlang zu schlappen. Dabei musste ich mich immer wieder gegen Äste und Stacheln wehren. Irgendwann kamen wir zu den Kühen auf der oberen Wiese von "Kuhweid", wie wir diese Gegend immer bezeichnen, hübsche Galloway-Rinder. Das sind die flusigen, braunen. Die schauten jedenfalls etwas irritiert. Kurz dahinter stießen wir dann wieder auf die Biegung des S-förmigen Weges, der uns auch hätte nach oben bringen können. Dieser war eine einzige Matschpfütze hier oben, obwohl es sonst relativ trocken war. Nun waren wir am oberen Ende von Kuhweid und genossen die tolle Aussicht auf Lanzenbach und unser zuhause. Dann schauten wir die Wiesen hinauf und machten uns auf, weiter nach Nord-Ost. Ab nun war es einfach und die Koordinaten, sowie die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bank, schnell gefunden. Es hat ganz schön gestürmt da oben und von Frisur konnte man schon bald nicht mehr reden. Diesmal fand Jan den eigentlichen Cache. Dümmlich grinsend stand er daneben und verneinte nur unglaubwürdig, als ich ihn fragte, ob er es gefunden hätte. Naja, Männer halt, leicht zu durchschauen. Auch hier schrieben wir uns ins Logbuch und machten Beweisfotos. Außerdem notierten wir uns die Bonuszahl, mit der dieser Cache versehen war. In der Beschreibung stand "erster Cache in einer Serie (noch im Aufbau befindlich)". Wir sind bereit!  Als wir so da saßen, kamen zwei Jogger vorbei, naja, die muss es unter den ganzen Nordic-Walkern ja auch noch geben. Dann machten wir uns durch den stärker gewordenen Wind und den einsetzenden Nieselregen, in einsetzender Dämmerung, auf den beschwerlichen Rückweg - währen wir doch nur die Rütsch hoch gefahren. Diesmal sind wir direkt an der Biegung, wo der Feldweg von oben in den Wald führte, den Hang hinab. Hier war es sehr steil und unzählige Fußangeln erschwerten den Abstieg. Irgendwann huschte in etwa 20 Meter Entfernung ein Füchschen durch den Wald. Die Tannen über uns wurden im Wind ganz schön geschüttelt und eine klang fast so, als wollte die eine oder andere umkippen, so schlugen sie gegeneinander. Mit Hilfe einiger quer liegender Äste und Zweige konnten wir den Abstieg vereinfachen und waren bald sicher wieder auf dem Feldweg. Leider war es unten angekommen schon fast zu dunkel, um noch einen weiteren Cache in Angriff zu nehmen, trotzdem haben wir das "Dondorfer Wäldchen" (GC110FT) schon mal angepeilt und die Gegend ausgekundschaftet. Dabei sind wir auch die Rütsch mit dem Auto hoch und haben gemerkt, dass das natürlich vorher viel cleverer gewesen wäre, aber naja, Umweg muss ja sein. Fazit: Fallen: Hasenköttel, Hundeköttel, Stacheldraht, Brombeerstacheln, Fußangeln, fast umkippende Bäume Gegner: Galloway-Rinder, Jogger und ein Fuchs Rätsel: nicht zu schwer, von Jan gehoben Cacher: Jan & Jana Finder: Jan (16:40) Kommentare
